Celebrating 100 years...

Immanuel Church was founded on July 15, 1916.  On July 17, 2016 we held our One Hundredth Anniversary Celebration.  We celebrated with a morning worship service, a noon BBQ meal, and an afternoon celebration - Music Through the Ages.

Our church offers a traditional setting for your most sacred celebration.

Rev Douglas Anders, our former conference minister, reached out to the Missouri-MidSouth conference disaster director on our behalf.  Ebenezer UCC in Levasy, MO. has suffered tremendously from June stroms.  Early June storms caused the levy a mile from their building to breach.  The church and parsonage were both flooded.  As of this newsletter writing, the water had not gone down yet.  The pastor, Rev. Jeannie Lischer and her daughter, reached the parsonage by kayak to rescue a few personal items.  This tragedy comes following earlier disasters.  The church building burned to the ground in 1987 and flooded in 1993.

Ebenezer UCC will be our July mission project.  They may use our gifts

for rebuilding, restoration, or even for needs of an individual
